TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After?” star Larissa Dos Santos Lima says if she wasn’t already on “90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After?” that she would want to be on a show about plastic surgery!

As regular viewers of the show already know, Larissa has already had plenty of cosmetic procedures; most stars who have them don’t want their fans and followers to know about it. Larissa, however, is proud of hers and wants to continue to have more of them!

Larissa was already showing interest in having cosmetic procedures, in her case, botox on season six of “90 Day Fiancé’ when she and Colt Johnson were early in their relationship as a couple. She took Colt with her to a facility where she had lip injections done to make her face poutier looking, ala Kim Kardashian and Lisa Rinna, two other well-known reality show stars.

She has continued with the injections and in the premiere episode of “90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After” she had a whole new look and proudly admitted that she has had a lot of cosmetic work done. She says after the breakup with Colt, she had lost some weight.

Most women would be happy with the weight loss and leave it like that, but Larissa had cosmetic enhancements to give her a bigger butt, she had Botox to make her lips fuller, she had a nose job, cheekbones, and chin all cosmetically enhanced. She said she literally is a new woman and feels very happy about all the procedures she has had done-and she has no plans to stop any time soon!

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Larissa talked about all the procedures she has had and plans to have. She says she is a big fan of cosmetic procedures and it is something she has wanted to do for a very long time. The next procedures she has goals to complete are a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift – and she talked about plastic surgery like it is an addiction, comparing it to drinking wine and not being able to stop or wanting to because she finds more and more things to fix and change!

She also commented on a recent Instagram question and answer session with fans about plastic surgery, and said that if she wasn’t already involved with the “90 Day Fiancé” franchise of reality shows, she would love to be on her own show about plastic surgery, and also about overcoming obstacles.

Of course, there are more important and different challenges and obstacles then elective botox and plastic surgery, and she says the show about plastic surgery would also be about overcoming obstacles, and that could include those for whom plastic surgery could change their lives in a more meaningful way – children born with birth defects such as cleft lips, for instance. She definitely would include immigrants with different types of challenges who have overcome them, but that could be a whole separate show!
