TLC 90 Day Fiance stars Paul Staehle and his wife, Karine Staehle haven’t had the easiest or smoothest relationship. It has been filled with a lot of ups and downs. In fact, there always seems to be a threat of divorce, then next thing we know, they are back together. Karine’s mom recently admitted that she doesn’t trust Paul.

90 Days Fiance’ Spoilers – Karine Staehle’s Mom Worried

When a child moves so far away, including to another country, that can make any mother worry. If she gets into trouble or gets hurt, it’s harder to get to a child when they are halfway across the world. But the distance isn’t the only thing that mothers Karine’s mom. According to Showbiz Cheatsheet, she admits that the couple’s rollercoaster history is a major concern for her.

When Paul decided that the best thing for his family was to move to the United States, Karine had a lot of different emotions. She was excited about finally living outside her small Brazil community. However, there was also anxiety about adjusting from a rural setting to a city, not to mention that moving to a different country can be quite nerve-wracking.

Even Paul admitted that he felt a lot of pressure to find work in America to support his growing family.

“I really want to provide my family with the life they deserve. I’ve been working hard for about a year and a half to find a job in Brazil.”

Karine’s mom made it pretty clear to 90 Day Fiance producers that she isn’t confident that life will be better for Karine in the United States. Karine and Paul have explosive and epic fights. They also have them quite often. There is also concern about cultural differences and she doesn’t trust Paul taking Karine so far away.

“I don’t trust Paul being that far away. I have no idea what’s going to happen here. So, I’m worried… I pray to God that things turn out fine. I hope she gets used to things…I hope she’ll be fine.”
