Many 90 Day Fiancé fans have accused Stephanie Matto of not being truly bisexual and saying she is only in the show for exposure. Among other things, they say she is a fraud for saying being with Erika Owens is her first bisexual experience. Now rumors are that Stephanie is regretting taking part in the TLC reality dating show.

The main reason fans are attacking Stephanie is that they believe she is a fraud and that her storyline is fake. This is due to the fact Matto has a YouTube channel. On the channel, one of her older videos used to bear the title “I Was in Love With a Girl | My First Bisexual Experience.” After fans attacked her, she renamed the video “I Was in Love With a Girl.”

The title of the video caused fans to question whether Stephanie is being honest about Erika being her first bisexual experience. Matto addressed the rumors on Instagram, writing that this was the final time she was addressing this.

Not a coming out video

She said, first of all, it was not a coming out video. Stephanie stressed that nowhere in that video did she “come out.” She went on to describe the story of the video as being an experience she had with a girl, who she believed she loved.

Matto carried on by saying her mother didn’t watch her YouTube channel three years ago when she made that video. She said it has been buried by more than three years of videos, but she decided to make it her featured video because everything is out of the bag now.

She figured she would share it with the naysayers who are saying she is just being bisexual for the show. Looking at her video channel now, that video is no longer featured.

‘90 Day Fiancé’ star speaks on intimacy issues

Fans noted Stephanie’s apparent lack of interest in being intimate with Erika. Some believe she had advertised herself as being a sexual person online and that she had catfished Owens.

Matto responded by saying her intimacy problems are a result of her aplastic anemia. She wrote that people believe she is a “monster” and a “cold b*tch.” She says she can understand why fans would think that. Stephanie went on to mention several phrases she had heard from exes in the past, including “you never touch me” and “you’re a cold b*tch.” She admits it has taken her some time to “let my walls down,” but that when given the chance, she was the “most loyal and loving.”

Stephanie speaks about her previous relationship

Matto said back in August last year, she had texted her girlfriend, telling her about her celibacy. She told her that she had freaked out the last time someone touched her. Her previous relationship was more like a roommate than a partner. Her ex experienced her “constant emotional and physical fatigue” which was caused by her medication. It took her partner some time to realize her awkwardness and fear were not an indication of the depth of her love.

Does Stephanie regret being on 90 Day Fiancé?

Matto recently held a Q&A on Instagram and a number of her answers make it seem that 90 Day Fiancé is partly the reason why things aren’t working out with Erika. After a fan asked, “If you could go back would you publicize your relationship on 90 day?” she responded that if she could go back in time, she would likely rethink things, but that it is now too late.

When asked if she would consider doing another season of 90 Day Fiancé, she said that while it has been an interesting experience, the TLC show is not good for “maintaining a healthy relationship.” So, probably, no.
