TLC “90 Day Fiancé – The Other Way” star Ariela Danielle’s family is worried about Biniyam Shibre’s motives in the next installment of the program on Monday, June 15th. It sounds like there might be some drama between Ariela and her family so be sure to watch!

Ariela Danielle Is A Princeton, NJ Native, Biniyam Shibre Lives In Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

“90 Day Fiancé – The Other Way” viewers familiar with the couple know that 28-year-old Ariela hails from Princeton, NJ, and 29-year-old Biniyam lives in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. Ariela is very pregnant with Biniyam’s child and revealed in an interview with MSN Entertainment about a month ago that she is expecting a boy. In the season two opener on June 8, 2020, Ariela decided to give up her privileged life in the United States to go and be with Biniyam in Ethiopia, against the best advice of her family and friends.

Viewers will recall that her obstetrician and her mother were both quite concerned that Ethiopia may not have the advanced medical facilities necessary should something go wrong with the birth process or with the baby. Ariela’s mother insisted on coming with Ariela on the trip to Ethiopia and Ariela was concerned that her mother would try to stop her from going or try to force her to come back to the United States. However, this is not the first time that Ariela has married a foreign national and her first marriage ended after ten years; could her mother be concerned that Biniyam may only want to marry Ariela so that he can immigrate to the United States?

Ariela And Her Mother Traveled To Argentina Eleven Years Ago

Ariela and her mother had traveled together to Argentina when Ariela was seventeen, approximately eleven years ago. While they were there on vacation, Ariela met an Argentinian national named Landra. Ariela lived in Argentina for two years, during which time she and Landra became best friends and presumably fell in love, and got married about six months after they met – so that he could immigrate to the United States. Even though the marriage lasted ten years, it wound up in divorce. Considering this past marriage, and that Ariela and Landra’s marriage failed and possibly their friendship did too, it would not be surprising that she would question Biniyam’s motives.

However, Ariela is older and wiser now – she spent time after her divorce from Landra traveling and getting to know herself, and become her own person. It was during her travels that she met Biniyam, nicknamed “Baby”, and she didn’t even want a boyfriend when they first met. At first she tried to avoid him but they wound up dating for three months during which she became pregnant. She insists on her moving permanently to Ethiopia rather than trying to bring Biniyam to her, but given what happened with Landra, her family may assume he will then want to move to the US since he would be married to a United States national, and they will confront her about her decisions!
