90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Ariela and Biniyam

While the second season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way only airs on Monday, Ariela says she already has to defend her relationship with Biniyam. Entertainment Tonight interviewed Ariela about her Ethiopian boyfriend. From the start, Ariela insists she wasn’t on the rebound when she met Biniyam and fell in love. She says their relationship is “genuine.”

Ariela says soon after she arrived in Ethiopia, she met Biniyam and they spent several months together, connecting with each other. However, she eventually went home to the United States. Soon after arriving home, Ariela found out she is pregnant. She decided to make plans to relocate to Ethiopia right away, as she wants to give birth in Biniyam’s country.

Adjusting to Ethiopia’s culture

In the trailer for season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Ariela is seen to be trying to adjust to the culture of Biniyam’s country. She tells the camera she loves Biniyam, but admits she is moving to Ethiopia to be with a man she “barely knows.” Her pregnancy has put their relationship on the fast-track. But Ariela says her feelings for Biniyam are the real deal.

It sounds like love at first sight for Ariela and Biniyam. She explains in the interview that you can meet a person and make a connection, while barely knowing them. Even though you only know each other for a short time, you feel you know the person well. This is why Ariela decided to at least try spending life together with Biniyam, plus she has always wanted her own family.

Ariela believes anyone watching 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way will see their connection. They will understand that their relationship is “definitely real.” While people can get frustrated when they don’t believe something is genuine, she assures TLC fans that everything in the show is real.

The TLC reality star describes the father of her child as being an amazing and talented man. She says she was attracted to him because of his kindness and his personality. While Ariela was initially put off by Biniyam’s wish to immediately settle down, she has come around. She says throughout their relationship, he has been upfront and honest about his intentions towards her and wants to spend their lives together.

The pregnancy is another reason why Ariela wants to be with Biniyam and relocate to his country. Ariela says fans will be able to see their love story unfold. She says her journey has been extremely emotional and she says this will resonate with many fans of the TLC show.
