TLC ’90 Day Fiance – The Other Way’ Spoilers: Kalani’s Dad Fed Up With Asuelu – Tells Him To Man Up Or ELSE!

TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” star Kalani Faagata’s dad, Low, is fed up with Asuelu Pulaa-Asuelu needs to grow up, and Low gives him a lesson he will not soon forget in the upcoming new episode “Ultimatums and Ugly Truths”!

The Family Feud Between Low Faagata And Asuelu Pulaa Heated Up In The Latest Episode

The family feud between father-in-law Low and son-in-law Asuelu heated up in the latest episode of “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” that played Sunday, July 12th. Kalani and Asuelu, along with Kalani’s mother and sister were headed to an air BNB to celebrate their son Oliver’s birthday. It turned into a near free-for-all as the animosity between Kalani and Asuelu heated up.

Kalani had put the kibosh on a trip to Samoa that Asuelu dearly wanted because of an outbreak of measles, and didn’t want to endanger their children, with Oliver having had bad reactions to his vaccine, and the baby not being quite old enough for his. Kalani had the best interests of the children at heart, and Asuelu, as they were already packed up and on the road to California, had said they should go back home and cancel the trip for the children’s’ best interests, clearly pouting and acting like a child who didn’t get his own way.

He even called Kalani a “lying bitch” in front of her mother and the children, and said her voice was effing annoying! Kalani’s mom then intervened, and told him to be more respectful; she definitely didn’t like the way he was talking to her daughter!

Things only got worse when they got to the air BNB and Asuelu took off on a bus and wouldn’t even tell the producers, who ran after him, where he was going. He didn’t come back that night and sent three false locations as to where he was, after Kalani reached out to him by phone several times, including telling him that she didn’t want Oliver to feel punished for his actions! Asuelu did eventually return to the air BNB but stayed in his room most of the time.

Low Fagaata Finds Out What Went Down In California

Then Low arrived at the air BNB and found out what had gone down, and said he would do his best to constrain himself, but what he really wanted to do was “set him straight” and he didn’t sound like he just meant verbally! Kalani’s sister, Kolini also mentioned the tension between her sister and Asuelu, saying it was thick enough to cut with a knife! Kolini says Asuelu sucks the life out of Kalani! A friend of Kalani’s, Izzy, thought his actions were very strange but acknowledged that there are always two sides to every story.

Low coaxed Asuelu out of his room by telling him to put the problems aside for Oliver’s birthday, but it was too little and too late in the opinion of some of Kalani’s loved ones. Low promised that he would constrain himself from giving Asuelu the “ass whooping” he felt he deserved but that Asuelu was on very thin ice with him! Kalani never did get an apology out of Aselu and acknowledged on camera that everything like that is always swept under the rug. In the sneak peek, what went down in California is addressed by Low to Asuelu as they go out for a dog walk, and he talks to him man to man, although it’s more like a man to boy.

Low, who is from Samoa as Asuelu is, understand the cultural differences between Samoa and the United States as to how women are treated – with Samoan men being raised to control their wives, and the wives having no say in anything and being content to be a stay at home mothers and wives and obeying their husbands – but Low didn’t raise his daughters like that.

He semi threatens Asuelu when he tells him he doesn’t like him cussing at Kalani. Asuelu admits screwing up at Oliver’s birthday party, and Low reminds him to learn to think before he acts because there are always consequences, and sometimes people get hurt, directing a veiled threat at Asuelu as he tells him that. Low talks to him about apologizing to Kalani and Asuelu doesn’t know how to apologize..that didn’t sit well with Low!

He’s fed up after giving Asuelu so many chances and then he tells Asuelu that he is trying not to get violent, but he’s not putting up with any more behavior like that from Asuelu! Asuelu decides that he has learned to apologize and promises to apologize to Kalani!
