Jared Padalecki Cast in New TV Show

Supernatural’s final season just began last month and will come to an end in 2020. Jared Padalecki has been portraying Sam Winchester on The CW series since 2005.

His character solved supernatural dilemmas with his brother, Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles). The two had complicated personal lives due to the family business. As for their legacy, the brothers’ paranormal problem-solving skills were usually put to the test.

Similar to the original series, Walker will have a female partner. It is teased that she will be among the elite few who are chosen to serve in the Texas Rangers.

Deadline reported that after being shopped at various networks, Walker will make its home at The CW, the same network that airs Supernatural. The show is still in development, so no premiere date has been announced yet. However, we will keep you updated as new information is released.

    Jared as Cordell Walker, the incredible fighter, seems like a poor fit. I’ve never heard that Jared has had any serious martial arts experience. Are they totally transforming the lead character, or do they have martial-arts-trained body doubles at the ready?
