You find yourself binging one or two episodes per day. It can get easy to lose track. Strangely enough, the show is relatable as it’s based on Americans.

It also provides some useful dating and relationship tips. While watching 90 Day Fiancé, you quickly learn what not to do. For example, you shouldn’t date a guy who catfishes you on Instagram. Or, you shouldn’t spend $100,000 on a woman you only chatted with through a website. It’s a trashy reality show like The Bachelor or Love is Blind that’s easy to get hooked on.
