According to the Young Sheldon Season 7 spoilers, both the cast and crew would love to see Reba McEntire reprise her role as Dale Ballard’s ex-wife June Ballard. She was on the show for about three seasons.

Her guest appearance wasn’t central to the plot of the series. However, her unlikely friendship with Connie Tucker brought joy to the fans.

Reba appeared in Season 3, Season 4, and Season 5 of Young Sheldon. Over time, her guest appearances became few and far between.

However, Reba’s appearance was loved by fans. She was missing from Season 6 of the CBS series. Fans hope that she will make one final appearance during Season 7.

Executive producer Steve Holland teased this idea without sharing any new clues. He only said that the cast and crew wanted Reba McEntire to return for the final season.

In his interview with TVLine, Holland that his team was interested in the idea. They tried to get on board with the superstar singer.

However, it was impossible to get her back on the show. Reba’s busy schedule was the reason for her absence from the series.

Reba McEntire’s Busy Television Career

The “Fancy” singer is a very busy woman these days. Reba has been working on multiple projects. Holland admitted that her schedule is a nightmare. It made it difficult for her to appear on Season 6 of Young Sheldon.

Reba McEntire replaced Blake Shelton on NBC’s The Voice. She returned after the previous season.

In addition, she appeared in Season 3 of ABC’s Big Sky. Reba also has her own sitcom in the works. She also filmed a reboot of Fried Green Tomatoes.
