Adam is the kind of person who will always be an enigma in the Newman family. He’s not the kind of person who wears his heart on his sleeve or someone who will honestly tell you how he feels, let alone what he will do next. Yes, Adam is with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan)  right now, but that relationship is a work in progress and one in which fans are still trying to figure out who is using who. With Sharon, Adam doesn’t even try to play that same game.

Another reason why Adam Newman and Sharon Newman should get back together again is that their portrayers Mark Grossman and Sharon Case are reportedly off-screen lovers. Even though they are yet to confirm it, fans have been speculating about their romance for the longest time now.
