#1 Courtney Hope Knows How To Play Bad To The Bone

If there’s anything that we have learned about Courtney Hope as her character Sally Spectra on The Bold and the Beautiful, it’s that she certainly knows how to play badly to the bone. For the last several months we’ve seen Sally try to lie her way into the arms of Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) while also trying to get rid of her love rival, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). We can’t wait to see Courtney cause just as much mayhem and chaos in her new home soap, too.

#2 Sally Spectra’s Intensity

Courtney Hope certainly gets a lot of credit for bringing an incredible amount of intensity in each and every scene that she was in as Sally Spectra. Whether it was the scenes in which she got bad news from her doctor or when both she and Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) both realized that they were in over their heads with Flo Fulton, Sally was a force to be reckoned with. We can easily see her take on the likes of Phyllis Summers, Victor Newman, and the rest of the swindlers that live in Y&R’s fictional town in Wisconsin.

#3 Genoa City Is A Perfect Fit For Courtney Hope

When Courtney Hope announced that she would be joining The Young and the Restless, it didn’t take very long for daytime television fans to express their excitement over her finding a new soap home. Genoa City is full of people who like to take advantage of others and manipulate their way in the hopes they attain love and fortune through greed and power.
