#1 Phyllis Could Try To Physically Decimate The Building

Don’t put it past sneaky Phyllis to try and burn, explode or flood the hotel as it continues to develop. She has the means to undermine a major architectural work in progress because she has experience with the Grand Phoenix. Then again, is she above infesting the place with vermin like mice or fleas or ticks or some other unsavory creature that would halt the construction? She most certainly is not above something like that!

#2 Phyllis Could Try To Make The Land Off Limits

Every major land development needs the green light from the city’s environmental folks to make sure it’s not on sacred land, an ancient burial ground, or home to an endangered tick mouse. Leave it to industrious Phyllis to find out if Abby’s project is interfering with some state code or environmental law. In that case, the construction would stop immediately and may never be allowed to return to action. Score one for Phyllis!

Phyllis is a vicious vixen if there ever was one. She is involved with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Abby’s brother, and she has been sniffing around Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz), Abby’s maybe-baby boyfriend. Al she would have to do is put a bug in their ears about the hotel not being in Abby’s best interests and the guys could seek to shut her down.
