The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the preview for the week of August 2 has been released. Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) gives up on Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) has a proposal and Eric Forrester (John McCook) exposes Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Giving Up On Mariah Copeland
Y&R spoilers reveal that Mariah has gone missing but nobody has filed a missing person’s report. Abby, Tessa and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) have been receiving text messages from the surrogate. At first, they believed that the messages were really from Mariah. As time went on, though, Tessa started noticing odd words being used and statements that didn’t sound like Mariah.
In the preview clip, a group message is sent from Mariah’s phone. It says that she won’t make her next prenatal appointment and can’t deal with doctors right now. The message ends with not to expect her home anytime soon. Tess is immediately alarmed as Mariah would never send something like that in a group message. However, Abby responds by throwing her arms up in the air and saying Mariah is never coming home. It seems she is more upset about not getting her baby. It doesn’t even occur to her that Mariah could be in danger.
Y&R Spoilers – Tessa Porter’s Search
The only person who continues to be concerned is Tessa. The more she analyzes the texts, the more she realizes that Mariah is not sending them. With Abby giving up and Sharon not concerned, Tessa is the only one who suspects Mariah is in danger. She searches for the pregnant woman and has to do it alone.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ashland Locke’s Proposal
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Ashland and Victoria make plans for after the merger. They are going to take a trip and Ashland says it will be their honeymoon. So, this connects to the spoiler that Victoria has shocking news. It appears that Ashland and Victoria either plan to wed or maybe they do it by next week. Let’s hope that Ashland’s divorce from Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) is finalized or the marriage won’t be legal.

Y&R Spoilers – Sally Spectra’s Downfall
The preview also features Eric in Los Angeles. He has a meeting with Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) boss, Angelina Marchetti (Cristina Serafini). When Phyllis arrives in L.A., Angelina will gush about Summer as creative director. Then, Eric mentions how Sally is responsible for Summer getting the job. When Phyllis pushes for answers, she is shocked that Sally is actually the mastermind behind the Milan move. She suspected Sally had a small part but didn’t think she was influential or persuasive enough to actually move mountains.
Later, Eric and Phyllis will have a private chat. He wants to know what Sally has done this time. He’s more than happy to help Phyllis teach Sally a lesson and make things right for Summer.

Be glad when this storyline is over. It is getting boring. Like Summer is the only one. I am disappointed nothing has come about Miriah. Seems knowone is looking for her. What is wrong with this picture? Tessa needs to go to the police if she thinks Miriah is missing. Do not wait on the others. We know why Nick is not interest in this, 1 thing he does not know. Another you know the reason it is not Summer. This can be a good storyline and a different one to. I am excited to see how this plays out. Not boring but a good story. Why give up on her now she has not went missing before? And it has a baby involved makes it to be better. {ME} I would have already been looking for her. Time for Miriah to shine not just certain people. She does a good job. Do not give up on her now. What I want to see if Nick will help Sharon hunt for her or just her and Tessa. Do not give up on her like they did Sharon. {Look for her}. And find out who has her locked in a room.
Ok i think that they should write a better story line with summer sally tara thing . They are pushing to hard for phyllis to find out why summer left town and she wants to bring down sally for making summer leave yeah sally and tara teamed up to get her to leave but all sally really did was recommend summer for the marchetti job then summer recommended sally for jcv lauren didnt have to give the job to sally but she did the biggest devil here is tara who thretened summer by saying if you dont take that job and go i will take kyles son and leave and he will never see him again so seems to me that sally is not so deep in this as tara i really wish they would give sally a break and lets see where her and jacks relationship goes sally really tries to be good she just cant help herself shes one of those actors you love to hate and jack needs action in his life its been a long time hes getting to old to play steamy love episodes so give it to us while you can and make an honest woman out of sally shes really not that bad but phyllis is rotten and is not the one for nick never has been please be good to sally and jack
I think Abby is giving up too easy and she should keep a close eye on Stitch, he is after one thing, the baby she's supposed to have and Mariah is her surrogate, its taken too long for anyone to find her and Mariah will have her baby soon and Stitch will kidnap the baby and tell her the baby died and she felt the baby move so the baby boy isn't dead, I wish the cops would do their job and go find her cause Stitch has her in a little room, she opens the door and the food goes up in the elevator, door is locked again. Come on writers please help Mariah so she can hold her baby one last time before she hands the baby to Abby, please get a hold of the cops to arrest Stitch for the kidnapping and stealing.
Tired of this Mariah Story please please get her home we need cheering up in today’s world NOT depressing stories we need a little happiness in our lives
I agree with you Sally has been given a raw deal. Phyllis is always dipping in other's affairs and doing whatever she wants to and getting away with it. So tired of Phyllis. Summer is a grown woman and Phyllis needs to get some place and sit down, her daughter made her decision so live with it.
First of all the cops can not get involved because there is only one person on the force and that person is Rey. He is too involved with Chelsea and now that he is back in town he will be watching Adam and Sharon.. Sad sad sad
I think Abby is not the Abby we once knew. She has really changed and the spunk has gone . All she does is sit around in the living talking about the baby.
