4 New ‘Young And The Restless’ Weekly Spoilers: Noah Returns For Sharon – Adam’s Big Announcement – Amanda’s Shocking Revelation

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 31, tease that the action will really heat up on the CBS soap. As Y&R viewers know, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) had quite an experience in Kansas last week, as some of his memories returned, including the memory of him killing AJ Montalvo as an 11-year-old boy. Well, during the week of August 31, Adam will remember more about what happened back then, and he’ll be horrified by the memories.

According to Y&R spoilers, Adam will spiral as he decides that he had a killer instinct, even as a child. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will step in and try to help Adam, even taking a risk to do so, but unfortunately, Victor’s attempt to protect Adam will backfire in a big way. By week’s end, Adam will make a shocking announcement, and Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) will be back on the scene, so perhaps Adam will have to face his childhood friend and explain what he did.

#1 Sharon Newman & Rey Rosales Are At Odds Over Adam Newman

Meanwhile, Adam’s situation will continue to have ripple effects on the people he knows. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will experience problems in her relationship with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), who just won’t be able to understand why Adam needs Sharon of all people to help him. Worse, Rey won’t understand Sharon’s compulsion to go to such great lengths for Adam.

Sharon will later have some happy moments when Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) pays her a visit. Noah will want to check in on his mom and see how her battle with breast cancer is going. Noah will be feeling protective, and he’ll lash out at Adam when Adam comes to see Sharon. Noah’s not going to appreciate Adam’s reliance on Sharon as a therapist, so it looks like Noah and Rey will be on the same page here.

#2 Chelsea Lawson Snaps At The Stress Of Adam Newman’s Downward Spiral

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also have some difficulties as she deals with Adam’s downward spiral. Y&R spoilers say that Chelsea will be warned by Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) about something – probably about her reaction to Adam’s situation. And by week’s end, Chelsea will snap, so it looks like Adam’s situation is going to have a bad effect on her and possibly even with her relationship with Adam.

Next, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be in the action during the week of August 31. Victoria will pay Victor a visit early in the week, but that won’t go well, as father and daughter will disagree on the subject of Adam. Victoria will end up walking out on Victor, and he won’t be pleased. Later, Victoria will mix business with pleasure as she flirts with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) – we’ll see how that comes about and how it affects his burgeoning relationship with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).

Speaking of Lola, Y&R spoilers say that she’ll play hard to get during the week of August 31, and that she’ll exert her independence in some way. Lola will be reeling from the revelation that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) are house hunting, so she will be feeling out of sorts.

#3 Amanda Sinclair’s Relation To Hilary Hamilton Becomes Clearer

In other matters, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make a shocking discovery when Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) gives blood at the clinic and reveals her blood type to be exactly the same as that of Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan). It appears that Amanda’s connection to Hilary will start to become clear, as Amanda makes a life-changing decision and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) offers some information that helps solve the mystery.

Y&R spoilers also say that Devon will make some admission to Amanda, so there should be some interesting drama there. Meanwhile, Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will get a surprise visitor, then he’ll end up covering for Adam, so this could relate to what went down between Adam and Chance in Las Vegas when Adam killed a man to protect Chance. At any rate, this will probably cause some problems in Chance’s relationship with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), since Abby doesn’t particularly approve of Chance and Adam’s friendship.

#4 Nick Newman & Phyllis Summers Struggle To Process Summer Newman’s News

Finally, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will find himself needing to once again defend his relationship with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Then,

Phyllis and Nick will be on the receiving end of some big news from Summer and Kyle. It looks like Summer and Kyle will want to break the news that they’re going to live together, but Phyllis and Nick will initially assume that the kids are getting married and/or that Summer’s pregnant.
