CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that we have been seeing many incarnations of Gloria Bardwell (Judith Chapman) thanks to the show’s airing of encore episodes. We last saw her in 2018 but the repeats have reminded us of what a hoot she was!

Her son Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and daughter-in-law Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are about to have their baby any minute now. Every child deserves to be welcomed into the world by their grandma, right?

#2 There Is Never A Dull Moment With Glorious Gloria

Gloria does nothing halfway. Which means she’s always over the top and/or sticking her nose and foot where they don’t belong. Which translates to divine, never-ending drama, and isn’t that what soaps are all about?

#3 Gloria’s Other Son Could Use Some Spunk In His Life

Let’s face it, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) have grown stale. We don’t even see them much anymore, but Gloria’s presence would change all that. One day with Glo in town, staying with them of course, and they would be more animated and aggravated then they have been in years.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had a healthy interest in Gloria at one time. He has been loveless for ages and Gloria is just the woman who could spice up his life. She could even be his secretary again, allowing for a little love in the afternoon!

#5 Jill Abbott Needs A good Sparring Partner

Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) needs a worthy opponent and Gloria can give as good as she gets. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to see Gloria and Jill both fight over Jack? Jack has a history with both women and if Jack were the prize we would be treated to some delicious and catty antics!
