John will ask Gloria who her sons are, and Gloria will say that he already knows them. Just then, Kevin will show up at the door. John will wonder why Kevin would be there to see Gloria, and Gloria will tell John that Kevin is her son. John will be stunned. Gloria will demand to know where River has been all these years, but Kevin will refuse to have a fight at his wedding.
Michael will be pretty peeved at Lowell’s appearance, but he’ll manage to keep it together, and Jana and Kevin will be married. After the wedding, Gloria and Lowell will have words, with Gloria ranting and raving at Lowell for running out on her and Michael when Michael was a baby. Michael will then take his turn ranting at Lowell, blasting him for not ever acting like a father or worrying about his well-being throughout his life.
Meanwhile, Kevin and Jana will enjoy their wedding night together, with Kevin noting that all the insanity is finally over and that they will get through everything going forward together. And back in Genoa City, Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will cause trouble for Lily and Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) as she announces to an unsuspecting Lily that she and Cane are engaged.
#4 Gloria Abbott Admits Tampering With The Jabot Cream Samples
On Thursday, July 16th, viewers will see an encore episode of Y&R that originally aired on April 14, 2006. In the episode, Michael will be shocked by Kevin’s revelation that Gloria is the person who tampered with the samples. Gloria will insist that no one else was supposed to have used the cream except her, and she’ll blame Jack and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) for sending the samples out early. Michael will be horrified, saying that a woman was dead.
Michael will say that he has two choices – he can go to the police and tell them everything, or he could tell Jack and Ashley the truth and beg them to let him continue to represent them. While they are talking, Jack will call Michael and tell him that he needs to be there because Ashley is about to take a polygraph to rule out her as a suspect in the case of the tainted Glow Again samples.
Meanwhile, Gloria will head to Crimson Lights and blast Kevin for telling Michael the truth about what she did. Kevin will say that Gloria needs an attorney and that she needs to realize how much trouble she’s actually in. Gloria will try to say that she did everything for Kevin, but Kevin won’t be having it. Kevin will fire back that Gloria had only thought of herself and about getting revenge against Jack and Ashley.
#5 Gloria Abbott Returns For A Christmas With Her Family
On Friday, July 18th, viewers will see an encore episode of Y&R that originally aired on December 21, 2016. In the episode, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) and Michael will be surprised when a huge box shows up at their place. Gloria will then jump out of the box and scare them, yelling, “Deck the halls, everybody! Gloria is back!” Michael and Lauren won’t be happy with this development, but Gloria will say that Michael and Kevin are her life and that there’s nowhere else she’d rather be.
Soon, Kevin, Bella Fisher (Martie Blair), and Chloe will come to the door, and Gloria will see Bella, assuming that she must be Kevin’s daughter because they look alike. Kevin will tell Gloria that he, Chloe, and Bella are a happy family, and Gloria will snark about Chloe getting out of the facility on a three-day pass. Chloe will tell Gloria that she was discharged and she’s fully sane. Gloria will bicker with Chloe a bit, and Kevin will warn his mother not to ruin Christmas, and that she doesn’t get to dictate who’s in his life.
But Gloria won’t let the matter drop, and she’ll proceed to gripe more to Chloe about her past, and Chloe will be quick to remind Gloria of her sordid past as well. Esther Valentine (Kate Lidner) will arrive, and Gloria will try to complain to her about Chloe as well. Gloria just won’t let the matter rest, much to Kevin and Michael’s chagrin.
