5 Twisty ‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Chance Is Shot Protecting Adam – Summer Worries About Sally – Sharon Breaks A Promise

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of November 9-13, tease that viewers are in for a big week on the CBS soap. As things kick off on Monday, in Genoa City, Wisconsin Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will get word that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has escaped from the room where he was having her held. That will give Adam something else to worry about in addition to his plot to apparently kill Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

As Y&R viewers are aware, Adam has been planning something very sinister for his father over at Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, over in Chancellor Park, Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will pop the question to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), and the two will get engaged. But tragedy will soon strike as Chance ends up taking a bullet that was meant for Adam. Some mystery shooter will target Adam, and Chance will get shot instead.

#1 Paul Williams Investigates A Revenge Plot

Y&R spoilers say that Adam will manage to cover his tracks after the shooting, so it looks like he won’t at least initially be suspected in the plot to kill Victor and wreak havoc on Newman Tower. But later in the week, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will uncover a revenge plot of some sort, which could either be Adam’s plot for Victor or the mystery shooter’s attempted attack on Adam.

Other Y&R spoilers for the week of November 9-13 say that Chelsea will remain missing in action even after she escapes from captivity. Could this mean that Chelsea might have been Adam’s shooter, or will Chelsea just be rattled from her ordeal?

#2 Sally Spectra’s Behavior Concerns Summer Newman

Elsewhere, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will find herself suspicious of Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). This could have to do with some potential trouble that’s brewing between Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Sally. It seems that Theo will want Sally to spy on the goings-on over at Jabot, but Sally will turn Theo down flat. Summer may overhear some of this exchange and wonder what’s going on.

No doubt, Theo will want Sally to be his eyes and ears at Jabot so he can get inside information about Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) will. By the end of the week, Theo will meet with Brittany Hodges (Lauren Woodland) about contesting Dina’s will and getting a portion of the fortune for himself.

#3 Billy Abbott Goes After Another Explosive Story – How Far Will He Go?

Meanwhile, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will look to land a big story, and Y&R spoilers say that he’ll play dirty to do so. Might Billy be following the case of the mystery shooter who was after Adam but who shot Chase instead? We could see Billy spin the story such that Adam is the villain rather than the intended victim.

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will end up breaking a promise to someone, while Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) chases a lead, probably on either the Newman Tower plot or Chance’s shooting. Sharon just might go to Adam after she learns that he was targeted, which would be a huge promise to break to Rey.

#4 Phyllis Summers Uncovers A Big Secret

Other Y&R spoilers for the week of November 9-13 say that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will stumble onto a secret. Might Phyllis end up bumping into Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and her new friend Jordan (Madison Thompson) getting into trouble? If Faith and Jordan are drinking, for example, this is something that Phyllis might witness and then worry about how to handle. We’ll see what happens here.

Over at the hospital, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will get some terrible news about his hand and his prospect of ever doing surgery again. Nate will be particularly grumpy, and he’ll rebuff Elena Dawson’s (Brytni Sarpy) attempts to comfort him. In fact, Nate will be so distraught that he’ll tell Elena that he’s leaving Genoa City, prompting her to make a confession. It looks like Elena may finally admit to Nate that she has feelings for him.

#5 Amanda Sinclair & Devon Hamilton’s Friendship Continues To Blossom

While all this is going on, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will be comforting Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), so Amanda might learn something disturbing about her birth. Y&R viewers will remember that Amanda is planning on talking to a woman who knew her birth mother, so we could see some movement there. Finally, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will turn the tables on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) – we’ll see if this has anything to do with Sally.
