‘Coronation Street’ Airs Nina Lucas And Kelly Neelan’s Breakthrough

Another unfortunate event has happened to Kelly Neelan during “Coronation Street’s” recent episode as the homeless girl phoned the drug dealer and accepted his offer, fortunately Nina Lucas was there to her rescue.

Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) has been spending most of her time in the street after she was released from prison and left home.

In the recent episode (November 26), Kelly was approached by a drug dealer who offered her some free spice but Jacob Hay (Jack James Ryan) was able to send the man away not knowing that Kelly already had the drug lord’s phone number. When Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows) saw what happened, he ordered Jacob to leave.

Coronation Street Spoilers – At The Cafe’

Later at the café, Stu asked Nina (Mollie Gallagher) to give Kelly the forgiveness she had longed for but Nina still stuck with her decision. Stu went back to Kelly and offered the teenager a tea to drink and convinced her to go back home for her to have a good night’s sleep.

The homeless girl did not listen to the old man. When Stu made her way to find a safer place for her to sleep, Kelly immediately called the drug dealer over the phone and accepted his free sample.

When Stu went back to the spot, he found Kelly half-conscious because of the drug she had taken. Determined to find the drug lord, Stu left the young woman again, but she made her way through different directions and ended up encountering drunk schoolboys.

High from the drugs she took, Kelly found it difficult to ask for help when she stumbled upon the group of teenagers. The gang called Kelly some names and poured a can of beer over her head.

Nina Lucas witnessed everything and pictured out all the things that happened during the night of the murder. Overcoming her emotions, she confidently ordered the gang to stay away from Kelly.

When the boys left, the two girls sighed in relief and Kelly bursted into tears as she asked Nina for forgiveness one more time.

“After Seb, I actually wanted to kill you,” said Nina, but seeing the mistreatment done to Kelly softened her heart and gave Kelly the forgiveness, which made the latter realize people can still give her a second chance.

Nina Lucas brought Kelly to No. 7 and Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) welcomed her and made her feel at home. When Kelly left the room, Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) asked Nina about the help she gave to the troubled young woman and Nina made Asha realize it was the right thing to do.
