Days Of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Kayla as well as Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) could be dying. Orpheus has infected the ladies with a toxin that is meant to kill them. Kayla has been working on a treatment but is getting too sick to continue. Kayla is quickly deteriorating and Stephanie has no idea.

Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) arrives in Salem to help find a cure. Rex is a doctor and is good at finding cures. Rex and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) have worked together before. Now that Rex is back in town, he will figure out that they need an orchid to finish the cure but they have to find it. Eventually, the children will be let in on this tragedy but not soon enough for Stephanie. While Stephanie is doing her job, her mother is getting worse. Stephanie is losing important time and she is not happy about that.

DOOL Spoilers – Stephanie Johnson Is Still Upset

Stephanie and Steve have recently clashed over her job as well. While Steve was trying to save her, Orpheus got to his victims. If Steve had been home with Kayla, this could not be happening. This is just one more reason to be upset with Steve. Steve should have allowed her to go to her meeting alone and protected her mother.

Is Stephanie right to be upset? Steve had hoped to save Kayla before letting the children in on this. Steve has once again made what Stephanie sees as a bad call. Stephanie is a grown woman, the oldest of Steve’s kids. Stephanie feels she should have been told about this first. Once again, steve is treating Stephanie like a child and she is not happy with him.

Spoiler shows that Kayla will flatline after calling out “Pop”, her name for her father. Kayla can be seen outside a white door with someone behind her. Kayla says “it’s really you.” Will Kayla’s father send her back to her husband and kids? Is this Kayla’s time to join her parents in the afterlife?

Kayla is a very important character and the writers cannot allow Orpheus to win, can they? Will a cure be found in the nick of time? Will Orpheus fail once again? Will Kayla’s survival make Stephanie more likely to forgive Steve?
