With that said, Christine can be unbiased … even if it involves Phyllis. Plus, she adores Daniel and just wants the best for him, so what will she tell her stepson?

Nick Newman’s Betrayal

Lastly, The Young and the Restless spoilers for September 29 note that Nick will betray Victor by turning to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for support.

Jack offered to be Nick’s sponsor, and it looks like he’ll take him up on it. Still, Victor has made it crystal clear to everyone that he prefers that Jack not get involved in Nick’s recovery.

Still, if Jack can help Nick, and ensure he stays drug-free then Victor should stay out of it!

Sadly, Victor’s reasoning can often be very skewed. Nick and Jack have a great relationship, so he may be the perfect sponsor for him, post-recovery clinic.
