The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 26, note that Diane Abbott (Susan Walter) will have some suspicions, while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) plays dirty.

Nick Newman’s Confession

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 26, suggest that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will go and visit Nick at the rehab center.

It’s great that Nick is finally accepting family visitors, and added teasers hint that he’ll also open up to his father about his struggles.

This has been the fight of a lifetime for Nick, trying to get off these painkiller pills, so it’ll be nice to see him and his dad bond.

Lily Winters’ Low Blow

Across town, Lily will turn to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for advice. Jack has made it clear that he didn’t want to get involved in this fight between Lily and his brother, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), for Chancellor Industries.

Jack respects Lily, and she’s a family friend; however, Billy is his brother. Still, Lily continues to play dirty in this battle by turning to Jack.

First, she presented the idea of paying off the loan (with interest) to stop it all. Jack promised to think about it, but during Wednesday’s show, Lily will turn to Jack for some words of wisdom.

She really should just stay away from Jack, but acting all sweet with good intentions will break down Jack’s walls. Will he end up helping Lily keep Chancellor in the long run?

He really should stay out and stop allowing Lily to drag him into things.

Diane Abbott’s Suspicions

Lastly, The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 26 state that Diane will be suspicious of Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) new game plan.

Is this about the Newman/Jabot deal he agreed to with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)? Diane doesn’t trust the Newmans as far as she can throw them, so she’ll definitely have her eyebrows raised when Kyle fills her in.

Will Diane sense the chemistry between Victoria and Kyle once he starts talking about Vic? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
