Chelsea Lawson: Checked Into the Grand Phoenix on Y&R

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) checked into the Grand Phoenix immediately after moving out & selling the penthouse. She sold it to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) who not long ago had taken up residency at the Grand Phoenix.

Y&R Nate eventually acquired a home & Elena eventually moved in. While they’re totally hot out & about, they have not been hot with their home decorating. Alas, they have relocated to the fully-furnished-post-Chelsea penthouse.

The Woman in the Green Dress checked in Chelsea Lawson to the Green Phoenix. This was another day Crystal was backing up her boss, Phyllis Summers. Chelsea was upfront with Crystal that her stay would be long-term, however, we have not seen her since she had dreams about Rey in her suite.

Simultaneously we’ve observed on The Young and The Restless that the Newman Media suite continues to have an ongoing reservation since the Newman Media Launch Party. On occasion, the new hot couple in Genoa City (Chelsea’s ex-husband & her son’s father & fashion rival Sally Spectra) meets there to be hot. Very hot…

Chelsea has run into Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) & Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) at Society on many occasions. After all, that is apparent that Society is the only place to drink &/or dine in Genoa City. Chelsea seems tolerant of their relationship, whatever it is. Now, Chelsea’s not-so-secret crush Rey Rosales has been killed in a car accident/heart attack.

Now that Chelsea’s man-distraction (Rey Rosales) has unfortunately become unavailable to her in the worst way, will she rewind & re-focus on Adam Newman?

Time will tell for sure in the Grand Phoenix hotel lobby, & maybe her suite or inside the Newman Media Suite…

Taylor Jensen, A.KA. Diane Jenkins & Incoming Drama at The Grand Phoenix on Y&R

Taylor Jensen, from L.A., recently checked into the Grand Phoenix as well.

Yes, after somehow finding out that Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) son Keemo passed away & that he had a daughter trying to sell his residence, Taylor Jensen jumped on buying it.

Diane Jenkins (back from the dead), then wasted no time taking up residence at the Grand Phoenix in Genoa City & checked in as Taylor Jensen.

To Diane Jenkins, apparently, to disguise oneself from previously being presumed dead only includes a big hat & dark sunglasses. It seems to have worked when she snuck out to Crimson Lights. Mariah Copeland, the identical twin sister of her deceased twin sister Cassie Newman, did not recognize her.

Phyllis continues with the help of Jack Abbott to keep Diane quarantined inside her suite at the Grand Phoenix. Now Diane has learned via Jack that the son she abandoned when he was just a child, has learned she’s still alive & will give her a chance to explain herself. This meeting will take place at the Abbott Estate.

Y&R views are aware Nikki Newman (Melody Scott Thomas) has already learned during a visit to the Grand Phoenix with other intentions that Diane is back (from the dead).

What happens next? Will Kyle buys what Diane is selling & provide her security at the Grand Phoenix? Regardless, what will the infamous Victor Newman have to say?

Ashland Locke in the Dog House, (The Grand Phoenix on Y&R)

Is Ashland Locke in or out? Ergo, in or out of the Newman family &/or Genoa City?

Since signing the 500 million deal that rids him of anything Newman-related, including Victoria, he’s checked into the Grand Phoenix.

Then Ashland was involved in a car crash that killed Rey Rosales & left Ashland himself to save Victoria’s day (life).

Victoria is alive because of Ashland.

Really?? Maybe Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) wouldn’t have been on the road when she was if she wasn’t distraught over Ashland’s string of ongoing larger-than-life ongoing lies.

Regardless, Y&R Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) (& Y&R fans) are thankful. Victor personally thanked Ashland since the 500 million deal & him for saving Victoria’s life.

Incoming Drama on Y&R | Grand Phoenix | New Guests Ashland, Diane, & Chelsea

As of now, Ashland saving Victoria from a fiery crash after his ongoing buffet of lies has landed him in the dog house. We all know having any amount of status &/or money will at least put one in a hotel.

Alas, the latest guest with the potential to mix things up is Ashland Locke.

Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) Things to Consider Alone in Bed at the Grand Phoenix:

1. Where did Jesse Gaines end up? Is there an overlooked gray area here?…
2. Is Tara Locke really still in jail in New York? We’ve seen less time from more severe offenses. Harrison is back in Genoa City. Is she soon to follow?
3. Victoria is still in love with Ashland. Will the Grand Phoenix be where they rendezvous until things settle?

Perhaps Ashland & Victoria meet Adam & Sally running into Chelsea in the lobby & Chelsea will be bellied up at the lobby hotel bar ready to overreact…
