Kyle Abbott’s Firm Warning to Summer on Y&R: Hides Unresolved Emotions?

The Young and The Restless Spoilers suggest that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will warn Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) to stay away from him.

Kyle is with Claire Newman (Haley Erin) and she is feeling very insecure over Summer and her possessiveness over Kyle. Kyle cares for Claire and doesn’t want to hurt her.

Kyle Abbott Is Torn Between Summer Newman And Claire Newman

Kyle would never admit this but he still feels a pull to Summer when they spend time with their son especially. Kyle doesn’t want to prove Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) right by breaking Claire’s heart.

Kyle would like to believe that he is nothing like Victor says. Kyle truly wants to see where things go with Claire.

Kyle still hasn’t fallen in love with Claire and this is very concerning. Even Summer pointed out the oddness of the situation. Kyle and Claire have been seeing each other for a while now.

Why is Kyle not more committed to this relationship? Does Kyle know deep down that he and Claire are never going to work out in the long haul?

Victor Newman Has Promised To Stay Out of It

Victor has somewhat promised Claire that he won’t interfere in her and Kyle’s relationship. However, Kyle has been encouraging Summer to try to get Kyle back.

Victor is quick to play the family card when it comes to these two. Kyle may catch on to watch Victor is doing and use that as another reason to warn Summer away.

Summer’s recent conversation with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has already alerted him that Summer is going to be a problem.

Jack just confided in Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) that he gets the sense that Summer wants Kyle back. Jack and Diane may have to help run interference for the two of them as well.

Does Kyle Abbott Stand Up Claire Newman?

From the previews for next week, it seems that Claire is waiting on Kyle to show up when Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) starts flirting with her. Could Summer had arranged to make Kyle late to sabotage his evening with Claire?

Perhaps Summer even pointed Holden in Claire’s direction. Claire has already admitted her drink is too strong and this could spell disaster.

Will Claire end up sleeping with Holden because she got drunk while waiting for Kyle? Could Kyle get there in time to stop Claire from making a huge mistake? How long will it take for Kyle to realize Summers part in this?

Is Summer to blame for the drink being extra strong in the first place? What happens if Claire gets hurt because of Summer?
