Her followers guessed Malcolm Winters could be returning, but without the signature word, “baby girl,” it didn’t sound like Shemar Moore. A few suggested it could be Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers), but it didn’t fit our current storylines.

Soap Opera Digest revealed that Michael Damian would return to Y&R on Thursday, December 22. The report said he would appear in a handful of episodes, suggesting he could stick around long enough to kick off February Sweeps at the end of January.

With Daniel Romalotti, Jr, affectionally called Danny (Michael Graziadei), returning soon, the Y&R fans cannot wait to see the whole family back together again.

Soaps reported Damian’s return celebrates Y&R’s 50th-anniversary episode. It promises to bring nostalgic feelings for the longtime soap viewers as they remember what a force Danny and Phyllis were in the early to late 90s.
