The Young And The Restless Alum Sophie Pollono - Former Delia - Books Exciting New JobThe Young and the Restless fans will never forget little Delia, the daughter of Chloe Mitchell and Billy Abbott who passed away at a very young age following a tragic hit-and-run.

Delia Abbott’s devastating death will forever rock the Y&R fans at home and members of Genoa City.  Just this past year the accident that took her life was still a hot topic on the CBS soap opera.

We all remember tiny Delia’s precious little face.  But, the actress that played the character, Sophie Pollono, is not so little anymore.  And, the young actress just booked her own TV show on the Disney Channel!
