The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal the Glo-rious news that Judith Chapman is returning to The CBS sudser as the one of a kind ditzy diva Gloria Fisher.
What brings her back? For one thing, her son and his wife are about to have a baby any day now.
Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are pregnant and of course, grandma wants to be there for the baby’s birth! But could there be other reasons for Gloria to come to town and maybe even stay awhile?

We hear that Elizabeth Hendrickson is back on set so it will be just a matter of time before her reel life baby arrives. Her real-life maternity leave is over, hence her return. Prior to the show going dark over the coronavirus pandemic production stoppage, Chloe had Braxton-Hicks contractions which scared the couple senseless.

Isn’t it time for Gloria to be on hand to calm nerves and incite peace? Not to mention the fact that she will want to spoil her newest grandchild rotten.

Fans would love to have Glo back in Genoa City but in order to do that she would need a better reason than simply serving as a babysitter. Gloria is always at her best when she has a handsome man at her side. Three seemed a time when she and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) would have a meaningful relationship, even though she was once married to his dad.
Maybe it’s time to explore that relationship once again?

Jack himself has been going on about his need and desire to find a soul mate. Apparently his mom also wants that for him as the latest storyline indicates. Is it just a coincidence that Gloria is about to come back into his orbit?

Even if Jack isn’t interested in picking up where he and Glo left off, there are plenty of other fish in the Genoa City sea. Apart from romance, Gloria is a competent businesswoman. Wouldn’t it be perfect if Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) added her to the roster of strong women running Newman Enterprises?
