Fans may recall that Caster debuted on The Young And The Restless back when Faith was lying in a hospital bed after surviving a drunk driving accident. The soap opera had to look for the perfect replacement for Lind after she landed the lead role in Chucky, a TV horror series. T

Caster’s take on Faith’s character was impressive. She didn’t have any problems transitioning into her character and she connected with Faith’s plight and problems with ease. She didn’t over impress either. Her performances were tempered so viewers can feel her sorrow and embarrassment over her character’s actions.

She can also be forceful if the scene calls for it. Just like when she told Jordan to “shove it” after he apologized for bullying her. It’s not easy to fill into Lind’s shoes but Caster managed to do it well.

Not only is she a good actress, but she also works well with other cast members. Although she’s new to the soap, she managed to form a bond with Melody Thomas Scott, Joshua Morrow, and Sharon Case. Scott plays Nikki Newman, Morrow as Nick Newman, and Case as Sharon Newman. She also has a good working relationship with Jacob Aaron Gaines, who plays Moses Winters, Faith’s friend.
