Eileen Davidson, who’s known on-screen as Ashley Abbott on “The Young and the Restless,” will star on a new holiday flick called “There Will Always Be Christmas.” She’ll take on the role of Alana D’Angelo, who’s the dean of a prestigious high school in a small town. She and her daughter Samantha plan a holiday concert.
The mother and daughter tandem enlists the help of Army veteran Johnny and his son, Max. Unfortunately, Sam gets into a car accident, which leaves her life hanging on the balance. Alana turns to Johnny for support and the latter’s son, Max, makes a life-changing decision that will create a special bond between their families. All four characters will have to reassess their values about sacrifice, family and love. They will be reminded what it really means to be thankful for getting to celebrate another Christmas.
“There Will Always Be Christmas” is directed by Dale Fabrigar and written by Tricia Aurand and Suzanne DeLaurentiis. Other cast members include Nancy Valen, Trevor Stines, Tim Ambell, Paul Fox, and Kennedy Tucker.
