The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless have done dozens of crossovers over the decades, it’s not unusual to see Genoa City residents pop up in Los Angeles (and vice versa). But, it’s not every day you see a member of the Newman Family hook up with a member of the Forrester Family.
Joshua Morrow’s Crossover Pitch Could Be A Game-Changer!
Young and the Restless fan fave Joshua Morrow recently chatted with She Knows Soaps, and his ideas for his character raised a few eyebrows.
When asked what he thought would be a good plot-twist on the CBS soap, Morrow revealed he wanted his character to hook up with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Obviously that could prove difficult seeing as how she’s not on the same soap as Nick Newman.
The Young And The Restless Star Talks Potential Crossover
Morrow revealed, “I get asked this a lot, and I never have a great answer. Now I have it. What I want to do is have a triangle that involves a cross-show couple. That would be pretty awesome if we connected the two shows with a pairing that was messy and in a triangle.”
The Y&R actor added, “Obviously, my choice for that would be Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester. She’s a very beautiful woman and obviously very, very talented. What man wouldn’t want to work with her? So that’s the storyline that I want to tell.”

We can all agree Joshua Morrow’s ideas were oddly specific. Ironically, it was also revealed last month that Joshua Morrow’s real life son Cross Morrow had joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful.
Does Josh actually want to join Y&R’s sister soap so he can work with his son on his first major acting role?
Would you like to see Nick Newman on B&B? Would he be a good match for Steffy?

No way he’ll match with steffy on BB. Put him back with Sharon. Adam and Sally kept them together. Are the writers trying to put Lily and Billy back together. Chance and billy run chancellor together.
No way, Steffy is too controlling. Always ordering people around Match him with someone who has the same personality, nice! Steffy is a snotty little b***h. Finn will cheat on her or leave if she doesn’t stop ordering him around. She should go back to the waffler Sick of listening to her. I’d like to see Hope knock Steffy down a few notches.
I would love to see sexy steffy and sexy nick Newman cross paths.
No it won’t work, Josh needs to be back with Sharon. His son can join him on The young and the restless. I’m thinking the same thing with Billy & Lilly.
Run Nick Run! Ugh Nick is too good to be with Steffy. Anyone is too good for Steffy. I would LOVE to see her lose everything, and be lone for a long while. And I would love to see Hope knock Steffy on her ASS.

I sure wouldn’t want Nick to move to LA. Maybe find him a sort of Steffy look alike in Y&R. I’m hoping that Sally and Nick get back together. As much as I wanted to see Nick and Sharon back together at one time, there is too much water under that bridge. They are better as friends. Sharon isn’t in it much anymore. Maybe she’s got other things going on. I hope she is well.
Everyone who said no is trippin nick would smooth out steffys controlling side and hes a loyal man. Steffy needs someone with a strong personality which Finn does not. Because she is incapable of standing up to his mother that wouldn’t happen with Nick. Y’all need to get over that Sharon stuff and branch out more look for new things instead of watching the same tried story line
I think putting Nick and Steffy together will be trite.
She is a bitch. If you are looking for a purely sexual relationship, go for it. Introduce a new woman on Y and R. Of course she will have to be beautiful but much more interesting than Steffy.
