The Young and The Restless Leak: Trio Of Surprise Y&R Character Returns – Danny, Patty and Dylan?

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates tease that a trio of surprise characters may be waiting in the wings to return to Genoa City if inside sources are correct. Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), and Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) are all rumored to return to the daytime drama.

An inside source at CBS tells us that the names of these three characters have been tossed around as possible comebacks but with one notable exception.

Danny Romalotti is a no brainer to bring back to the canvas. He has plenty of ties to the town and having him back would bring a rock star vibe that the show has been missing without him. Plus, can you imagine the cat fights among the ladies, namely Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford), Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) when the playboy hits town?

Just as enticing is the idea that Patty Williams and Dylan McAvoy return.

The Young and the Restless spoilers – Patty Williams and Dylan McAvoy have a history that needs to be explored

Unless Steve Burton has a hankering to leave General Hospital again, the role of Dylan must be recast. But, seeing as he was only on for around three years, and a while back, a recast shouldn’t be too to hard to swallow for Y&R fans.

Dylan had a fling with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) before he left which only aggravated his PTSD. Further knifing him in the heart was the discovery that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) was his long lost mom and Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) was his dad!

Sadly he and Sharon (Sharon Case) had yet another baby drama for him to deal with and by the time he left town it was to join the Witness Protection Program!

The Young and the Restless spoilers – Patty Williams needs to help Paul Williams?

So, Dylan needs to come back if only to tie up all the loose ends he left behind.

One of them is actually Patty Williams who as it turns out is his aunt. She expressed the desire to get to know him better, but that wasn’t possible as she was in Fairview, an insane asylum. Nonetheless, it was Patty who figured out the truth about Sharon and Dylan’s baby drama and saved the day. Is it true that Dylan and Patty will soon have a chance to get to know each other as family?
