The Young and the Restless News: Like Father, Like Son – Adam Is No Different than Victor

Fans have always wondered if Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is a good or bad person. He may have done a lot of devious stuff but he’s also showed that he has a heart. Actor Mark Grossman weighed in on the debate and said his character is “a lot like Victor.”

In an interview with Soaps In Depth, the actor said: “There are moments when Adam is nice and vulnerable and compassionate, but then he can also be really ruthless and deceptive. But it’s a lot like real life, because I don’t think everybody is all good or all bad.”

Grossman also revealed that he’s open to changes to his character or playing a role in the future.

“I think it’s fun, because you never know where it’s going to go. In a TV series or a movie, you can read the script and see where the arc is,” he explained. “But in soaps, you don’t know where the arc is. And I find that exciting. That’s why every time I get the newest script, I’m like, ‘Ooh, what’s going to happen?’” he added.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is struggling to cope with all the family drama. He’ll continue to show signs of troubling behaviour and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) believes that it’s better if he sees a therapist.

If there is something that could calm Connor down, it to be with his dad, Adam. However, the latter is determined to leave town and is convinced that his presence won’t do Connor any good.
