The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Melissa Ordway Is Happy To Be Back With Her Television Family

First off, it’s clear that Melissa like the rest of the cast, not to mention the loyal fans, is excited and happy to be back to work after the coronavirus induced hiatus.

“It’s so awesome to see everyone,” she said. “We really are like a family and it’s been like not seeing your family all this time. Now, we see people from a distance and catch up and see how we’re all doing.”

She made it a point to say that she feels safe at work with all of the COVID-19 precautions put in place.

Melissa Ordway Has Been Watching The Flashback Episodes Along With The Fans

The precautions are necessary following the pandemic that shook the world and closed the set in March. Since that time the show has been airing repeats and Melissa says that she’s been watching them.

She echoed the sentiment of many, many fans when she said that she loves any episodes that have the late Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) in them. “Those shows just make me smile,” she said, “We still miss him so much.”

She also threw out a bouquet to some of her female costars saying, “Everyone looks so good in these shows. Melody (Thomas Scott, Nikki Newman) has not aged a day! Sharon (Case, Sharon Newman) and Michelle (Stafford, Phyllis Newman)? They’re beautiful back then and they’re beautiful now.”

Y&R Spoilers – Melissa Ordway Stars In A New Lifetime Movie

Melissa’s new Lifetime movie is Stalked by My Husband’s Ex. It debuts this weekend and in it, she plays Sierra, the best friend of Kristen (Alex McKenna) the stalker being stalked by her husband’s ex Nina (Juliana Dever).

“First, I have to say I love the movie’s title,” she noted. “It’s why I love Lifetime. I scroll through and look at my guide and when I see the title, I know what I’m going to get and I love it.”

Melissa worked on the flick before Christmas break last year recalling that she shot Y&R during the day and the movie at night.
