The Young And The RestlessCBS The Young and the Restless actress Camryn Grimes (Mariah Copeland) was asked a series of questions on Twitter during a classic episode. One of them had to do with Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day’s frontman) saying he wanted a guest role on the soap. Fans can’t get over Grimes’ hilarious response.

Some time ago, Armstong sent a message on social media to let everyone know that he would love to get a guest role on Y&R. We don’t know if the soap is considering his offer or not. However, Grimes was asked during a live Twitter chat how she would feel about working with the Green Day singer.

Y&R Spoilers – Camryn Grimes May Set Herself On Fire

The actress seems to love the idea and had this to say about Armstrong possibly coming on the CBS soap opera,

“That if I don’t have a scene with him I will set myself on fire. Reasonable reaction.”

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Live Tweeting During Classic Episode

The Young and the Restless actress also answered other questions from fans. One question was about Grimes’ favorite storyline. She responded that it was Mariah coming out. As for how she deals with scenes afterward with her on-screen romantic partner, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).

Grimes explained that sometimes, they grab a glass of wine. Other items, they are completely drained after intense and emotional scenes. In those cases, they just need some time alone in their dressing rooms.

Y&R Restless – One Actress, Two Roles

Playing Mariah has not been the only role Grimes has played on the CBS soap opera. When she was little, she played Cassie Newman. In fact, the only thing she really remembers about her first scene was how cold it was. They were filming on location in Pittsburgh, which Grimes said was tough for a California girl.
