The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of November 13 reveal that a preview clip has been released.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
It focuses on Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), who goes out of town, supposedly to see her sister Casey Reed (last played by Roberta Leighton).
Meanwhile, a guilty-looking Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) talks to Nikki about her ailing aunt. Then, Nikki is seen desperately trying to call for help. Then, she is stuck in the neck with a needle by Claire of all people.
Claire Grace’s Tragic Story
Y&R spoilers for the week of November 13 reveal that the preview clip begins with Claire. In the Newman Media office, Claire and Nikki sit on a black leather couch.
Claire looks grief-stricken or distraught. Claire tells Nikki about some kind of issue with her “Aunt Jordan.” Now, it’s not clear if Jordan is the aunt’s real name or is an alias.
Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Newman Bamboozled
It sounds like a health problem from the hints dropped during Claire and Nikki’s conversation. Nikki tells Claire that she should just focus on taking care of her aunt.
Nikki adds that she knows how much “Aunt Jordan” means to Claire. That is when Claire looks even more guilty and confesses there is something else Nikki should know about “Aunt Jordan.”
However, it is clear that Claire is just giving Nikki another story. The reason might be explained at the end of the preview clip. Before we get to that heart-stopping scene, let’s talk about another important scene in the clip.

However, Victor pushes Nikki to take the trip. Victor explains that Nikki and Casey haven’t seen each other in a long, long time. Victor also knows how much Nikki has been looking forward to the trip.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Crazed Needle Attack
The final scene in the weekly preview clip is quite horrifying and jaw-dropping. Nikki is seen furiously trying to dial a number on a landline. Yes, a landline.
Nikki is terrified as a woman who looks like Claire comes up behind her. Suddenly, Nikki screams and slinks down as Claire injects a needle into her neck.

However, this particular scene a bit different than the other scenes in the preview clip. It almost seems as if it’s colorized, indicating it might not be real.
So, we have to wonder if Nikki has a nightmare or perhaps this is Claire’s fantasy. Also, could Casey be connected to Claire?

Hmmm I thought Casey had passed on when she had breast cancer. Nobody has mentioned her for years so I guess this is because of this new storyline. I knew this Claire person wasn’t just this sickeningly sweet woman who wanted to learn from Nikki. Lots of stuff going on and would like to wrap some of it up like Ashley and Tucker (Ewww). Devon and Nate (Gag). Nates a creep. He should go. Devon already has enough aggravation with Tucker and doesn’t need more. Ah well, what will be, will be.
I agree with Norma. The first thing I thought when I read about Nikki visiting her sister, Casey, was that I thought she had died a few years back.
