Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) makes an offer to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) discovers he has to report to Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle). Plus, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) is suspicious.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Nate took a huge step up in his career a few months ago. Instead of performing surgery, Nate took the position of chief of staff at the hospital. However, he is struggling not to be able to perform surgery anymore.

During the week of January 24, Nate and Ashland will have an interesting conversation. Ashland tells Nate that he needs a new challenge and might be able to provide that. However, is this really a good offer for Nate to say yes to? Or could Nate find himself in some shady situations working for Ashland?

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Seethes

Last week, Adam confronted Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about what he was doing. Victor admitted that Victoria made him an offer for Newman Media. However, Victor lied and said he turned Victoria down. Victor ended up making the deal.

During the week of January 24, Adam will seethe as he thinks about how his father lied to him. Not only that, but Victor didn’t even have the decency to tell him. Adam was completely blindsided by Victoria. Plus, Adam isn’t thrilled about having to report to Victoria now.

The Young And The Restless  – Newman-Locke Power Struggle

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victoria and Ashland are beginning to have a power struggle. Victoria wasn’t thrilled about Ashland making business decisions without even consulting her. Then, Victoria met with Victor to discuss the deal without Ashland. After Victoria made the deal with her father, Ashland was furious that he wasn’t consulted when the terms were changed. So, expect these two to play tug-of-war.

Fans can also expect Lauren to question Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). Lauren is getting a bad feeling about Michael’s new freelance opportunity. Lauren wonders if Michael is doing some shady and perhaps even dangerous work for Victor. However, Michael can’t really tell her anything. Will Lauren investigate what Michael is doing, and if so, could that jeopardize Victor’s mission?

      I hope Nate doesn't take the offer. Nate needs a good story but not attached to the Victoria and Ashland downfall. Victor needs to regain Newman and this story wrapped up.
