Sharon Newman Left Stunned
The Young and the Restless promo for the week of August 3-7 opens with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) working at Crimson.
Someone comes up behind her and places their hands over her eyes. As she turns around to see who it is – it’s Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes)!
Sharon gasps at her daughter and exclaims, “Mariah!” Mariah replies back by saying, “I’m home,” with a sweet smile. Sharon is sure to be ecstatic that Mariah’s back, but how will Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) feel about this?
Danny Romalotti Makes An Announcement

As the scenes shift in the weekly preview, Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) and Danny are shown in the middle of GC’s Shadow Room. The bar is empty as Danny tells Christine that he likes it here, and Christine notes, “Yes, I know you do!”
She goes on to point out that his ‘regular’ job might get in the way. Still, Danny notes, “What if it were my regular job?” This is when Christine asks him if he’s going to become a ‘viral star’, to which Danny replies, “Rock Club Manager!”
He then extends his hand to Christine, saying, “Meet the new man in charge!”
It sounds like Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will hire The Rockstar to oversee things at the club. Is Danny doing this to take a break from singing or to be closer to his DA wife?

As The Young and the Restless video for the week of August 3 wraps up, there’s a clip of Victor placing Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) ring back on her finger as the two are back in their family home.
The Moustache tells her that he wishes she’d marry him again. Nikki replies that she’d marry him a thousand times over.
The scenes shift to show Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who will return next week from his stint in rehab, at the Ranch as he asks her, “You ready to be a bride again, mom?”
