The Young And The Restless Preview Week Of Feb 16: Addiction, Family Feud, Torn Hearts

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of February 16, 2026. It shows an addiction story starting to take off.

There will be a fierce family feud. Plus, an arrest causes torn hearts. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Divided Hearts & Uncertain Futures

Let’s start from the beginning of the preview clip. It starts off with a father and son bonding. Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Graziadei) opens up to Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian).

Now that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) has been arrested for kidnapping, she will likely be in a mental institution rather than behind cell bars. 

Whether Mariah goes to jail or ends up in the psych ward, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will have a lot of thinking to do.

Tessa gave up and decided to file for divorce. However, what if Mariah finally gets mental health treatment and gets better? 

When Daniel admits that he has no idea what’s going to happen, Danny asks a question. The man asks, “Do you think that now that everything’s out in the open, that Mariah might be moving to let Tessa back in?”

Billy Abbott’s Bad Behavior

Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he confronts Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Jack will say that he’s concerned about him.

However, Billy scoffs at that and wonders if Jack is just upset he didn’t get to defeat Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). 

Billy really seems to be exploding and spiraling. All this newfound power is not good for the man’s state of mind!

Nick Newman Busted

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of February 16 reveal that the preview clip also features SHICK. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) sits at a table at the coffee shop.

Wearing a jacket, Nick can be seen fumbling with a baggie of white pills under the table. It’s as if Nick is debating whether to take them or not. 

However, the man’s thoughts and fumbling are interrupted. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) arrives at the table with Nick’s tea.

Right away, Nick fumbles some more and then stuffs the pills in his jacket pocket. However, he’s not quicker than Sharon’s eyes. The blonde asks him what he just hid from her.

Will Nick be able to invent a clever cover story? Will Sharon know what’s going on and try to get Nick help before it’s too late?
