The Young and the Restless Preview Week of Jan 5: Sienna’s Blood, Kyle’s Dangerous Intel

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of January 5, 2026. It shows Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) is in even more danger.

Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) discovers some intel about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Keep reading, and let’s talk about what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Noah Newman’s Confusion

Let’s start off with Noah Newman (Lucas Adams). The young man doesn’t like staying at the cabin. The young man wants to help find Sienna. However, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are right.

Noah needs to stay there since he literally just got out of a coma. Besides, it’s too dangerous for Noah to try to save Sienna right now. However, in the preview clip, Noah seems confused by a change in plans.

Nick Newman’s Fresh Strategy

Noah tells his father, “But you said that Matt Clark [Roger Howarth] was spotted at a motel a mile away.”

That is when Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) declares there has been a change in plans. Not just a change, but Nick thinks they came up with an even better plan.

Diane Jenkins-Abbott’s Discovery

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of January 5 reveal that the preview clip also features Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

It seems that Kyle has stumbled onto the Matt situation. With a devious and gloating smile, Kyle updates his parents. 

However, when Kyle mentions that a man from Nick and Sharon’s past is back, Diane is confused. What does this have to do with Victor, she asks? 

Kyle Abbott’s Dangerous Intel

Then, Kyle explains that he has major intel about Victor and Matt. I wonder if Kyle will tell his parents about Victor using the AI program on Matt. All Kyle mentions is that the guy is harassing Nick and Sharon. So, Kyle might not realize just how deadly and dangerous Matt is.

Sienna Bacall’s Near-Death Experience

As for Sienna, she will end up in even more danger than before. The woman is fully alert now as is being forced out of a car by Matt and Detective Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge). Sienna fights back as hard as she can and actually draws Matt’s blood. However, it’s not enough to get her free. 

Instead, Matt declares that Sienna might have drawn the first blood, but he will draw the last.
