The Young And The Restless Preview Week of June 1: Chelsea’s Pregnancy Alarm, Nikki’s Medical Crisis & Nate’s Sneaky MoveThe Young and the Restless’ promo for the week of June 1-5 has been released! Fans can expect to see Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) make a sneaky move, while Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) faces a medical crisis.

Plus, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is alarmed. Find out more about next week’s drama below.

The Young and the Restless’ preview for the week of June 1-5 opens with a scene between Nate and Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox).

The two are at the GCAC when she tells him some exciting news: she got a call from the board of directors at GC Memorial.

Apparently, the hospital is looking for a new chief of staff, and someone presented her name for the position.

Nate gives a sly smile and states that he was the one who went to the board on her behalf.

So … is Stephanie just a “friend” of his mom’s or is Nate interested in more? These two seem to be getting a little too close for comfort!

Nikki Newman’s Migraine Crisis

As the promo progresses, the next scene is Nikki and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), who are also at the GCAC. Nikki tells a very worried-looking Vicky that she’s had these migraines before.

Nikki continues to fluff off her headache, as she notes that her doctor will likely say it’s a symptom of her MS, and she points out that she’s already on medication for that.

Victoria bites back and states, “What if it’s more serious?” Nikki had been fighting headaches for days during the week of May 25-29, so fans can sense that there is a bigger storyline here.

Will Nikki’s MS worsen? Is she battling something else? She has been under a tremendous amount of stress lately!

Adam Newman Has Baby Brain!

Meanwhile at Crimson Lights, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea have grabbed a table and are enjoying some beverages.

Adam tells Chelsea, “I have to wonder, since we’ve done such a great job with Conner [Newman – Judah Mackey], have you ever thought about having another child?”

Chelsea’s smile slowly fades into horror as he says this.

With Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) expecting with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), is Adam wanting another baby to keep up with ‘The Jones’?

Then again, could this be his grief for Ava Hope Newman resurfacing?
