Y&R spoilers for the week of October 7 reveal that the preview clip shows Sharon making another big mistake. Sharon takes the bloody towels from Heather’s murder and stashes them somewhere else. Sharon ends up stashing the bloody towels in a black cabinet.

However, I don’t recognize the cabinet, the items on the top, or the background. Maybe my memory is slipping, but it doesn’t appear to be the cabin or the penthouse. So, is Sharon trying to frame someone, or does she think nobody will look in this location?

During the week of October 7, fans can expect Chance to pay another visit to Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazaidei). This time, Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is there, too.

Chance tells Daniel and Lucy that something interesting came up when he tried to track the location of Heather’s phone.

However, Lucy stops Chance. Lucy jumps up and asks what happens now. Chance pauses, then says he has one more person to question. That person is likely Chance’s former flame and Heather’s killer, Sharon.

During the week of October 7, the preview clip also teases the implosion of Jack and Diane’s marriage. Diane reaches her breaking point during dinner at a restaurant.

Diane loses control and blasts Jack, saying, “You’ve never fully committed to the fact that I’ve changed, that I’m not the same manipulative bitch I used to be.” Jack tries to calm Diane down, but it’s too late. Diane throws her napkin down and starts to get up from the table.

Of course, I can see Jack being there for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in light of Heather’s death. With Diane pushing Jack away, it sounds like some shake-ups are ahead!
