Nikki tells Adam that he is tearing the Newman family apart. Adam plays dumb and asks why he would do that. Of course, everyone knows that Adam is always scheming something. Plus, Adam just lost everything, so it’s understandable that Nikki is on guard.
Then, Nikki warns Adam that he has 24 hours to drop his plan. If Adam continues his scheme against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), then Nikki will make sure he regrets it forever.

Even though Adam is bitter and resentful, he does have a wake-up call. In Monday’s episode, fans will watch Victor approach Adam at home.
Adam thinks that Victor is either there to gloat or to offer him the job after all. However, Victor will tell Adam that he is there as his father. That seems to create a turning point in Adam’s life.
From that point, Adam declares that he will work from the bottom to prove himself to Victor and the entire Newman family. However, Adam has made these kinds of revelations and promises before.

Then, he vows that his plan will be successful very soon. Sally looks at Adam but the only way to describe her facial appearance is empathy and heartbreak.

It’s possible that Adam will be genuine this time. Adam might even jump through a million hoops to prove himself. In the end, nobody will look at Adam any differently.
All of Adam’s hard work will be for nothing. Sally most likely knows that the Newmans will never give Adam another chance. This could put Sally right back into Adam’s romantic orbit, especially if Nick sabotages his brother’s attempts at redemption.
