The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 19 reveal that a new promo clip has been released. This is different from the weekly preview, which was released last Thursday. In this promo clip, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) carefully analyzes her baby’s footprint. As Sally and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) grieve, where does this leave Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Impossible Decision

Y&R spoilers for the week of June 19 reveal that fans will see the aftermath of Adam’s decision. When Sally was rushed into surgery after collapsing, doctors discovered that both the mother and child couldn’t be saved. Adam was forced to make an impossible and split-second decision. Adam chose to save Sally and now the baby is gone.

In the promo clip for the week of June 19, Adam sits by Sally’s hospital bed. After Sally wakes up, Adam tries to keep the conversation on her. However, Sally asks about her baby and that’s when Adam has to deliver the news.

Sally is clearly in agony as she screams for her daughter. Adam is overwhelmed with emotion as well. Of course, Adam is trying to hold it together to stay strong for Sally.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Sally will blame Adam for their daughter’s death. However, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) might convince Sally that Adam made the only decision he could.

Another scene shows Sally saying goodbye to her daughter. Sally is seen holding a certificate with her baby’s footprints. There is also a box with a tiny pink hat for a newborn. Then, an emotional scene shows Sally holding the mementos close to her chest. While sobbing, Sally promises never to forget her little girl.

Y&R Spoilers – Nick Newman’s Relationship

Nick isn’t shown in the promo clip. However, it is teased in Soap Opera Digest that Nick and Sally’s relationship will be tested. So, it sounds like Sally and Adam will bond over their grief. At the same time, where does this leave Nick? How does Nick best support Sally without being too pushy? Will Nick also go through some complicated emotions?

      I’m still so angry I could scream! Why was the death of Sally and Adams baby necessary! So sick ifchikdren and babies being used a props and collateral damage. Of all the characters on Y&R right now, Adam and Sally had the most potential and frankly the best chemistry on the canvas……they and their baby girl storyline made me happy….

      I really hate that the writers put Adam in just a bad situation!!!!! Hope that Sally will understand and not push Adam away. Nick needs to back off and stay with Sharron and Faith. Bring Noah and Allie home!!!!!! Allie can tell a lot on Diane that needs to come out

      I am so mad at the way this show for even thinking about having Sally steal Mariah and Tessa’s baby.
      Between the Bold and the Beautiful and now Young and the Restless you have DONE ENOUGH to
      Sally Spectra. If the writers don’t like Sally then get rid of the character!!!!! It appears the writers
      will do anything to write a show even rung the repeated story lines between the two shows over
      and over. Get the Hell of Sally’s back and let her recover and become a bigger and better person,
      one that is going to be liked and respected for once. It’s about time that she gets a break, not a break
      down!!!! I stopped watching this show for a while because it was getting ridiculous and it’s doing it again

      Nick and Sally never belonged together in the first place. I hope all this drama gets him back with Sharon where he’s belonged all along. He was stupid for putting up with the relationship of Adam and Sally if he really cared for her- what man in real life would have?
