The Young and the Restless rumors tease that the compelling development, whereby Jack (Peter Bergman) and Victor (Eric Braeden) might be brothers will continue. No quick end to this storyline is forecasted, regardless of which direction it turns.
Jack swaps brothers? Billy (Jason Thompson) is out and the Moustache is in? If Jack proves-out as Victor’s brother he could well grow a moustache of his own, but that would likely cause Braeden’s character to shave off his iconic upper lip decoration.
Both men in question do agree on one thing, neither wants this speculative plot point to prove true. However, mounting circumstantial evidence is leading both to believe that Albert Miller (as was played by the late George Kennedy) fathered them.
It’s always a great episode when these two are in scenes together. 🙌 #YR pic.twitter.com/SRXPM8dIJ7

Victor was born through Cora (Dorothy McGuire), a character last seen in 1984. He’s always believed that his only brother was Matt Miller (now played by Richard Gleason).
Jack was born through Dina (Marla Adams), a character who debuted in 1986. Dina was written into the show at that time in order to flesh out Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) back story. Thirty-one years ago Davidson’s character learned that she was not John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) daughter, but instead was Brent Davis’ (Bert Kramer) offspring.
Victor is fronting a fierce public stance against Jack potentially being his blood. However, the Black Knight did admit in private to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that his detested dad, Albert, was the type of person who would have left another woman with his child and then ran off.
Bergman’s character offered one of the more dynamic reaction shots in recent memory when Abby (Melissa Ordway) told him that Matt contacted her because Albert was the mystery face seen in the black and white photograph Jack and Kyle (Michael Mealor) found a few months ago.
That last sentence comprised its own paragraph. It was as long as this paternity arc is becoming. However, the noted time lag will likely be accepted by Y&R’s audience if a believable climax is coming.
Some fans outright reject the notion that Jack and Victor could be brothers, though it’s not actually far-fetched considering Dina’s now revealed multiple dalliances, which assumes her memory is accurate. Other daytime devotees are open to Jack Miller because it would grease an entirely new set of possibilities for Bergman and his fictional sparring partner, the inimitable Victor Newman, to explore indefinitely.
Fans can surely ask themselves if Jack and Victor’s decade’s-long personal dispute would be most easily be explained as a simple sibling rivalry?

I will stop watching if Jack and Victor are brothers. This is so stupid. Let Jack be an Abbot.
