The Young and The Restless Spoilers: 3 Reasons We Want Victoria Rowell Back On Y&R

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the rumor mill surrounding the return of Victoria Rowell to the CBS sudser is working overtime. In fact, the mill has been running 24/7 for days now, with fans hoping that their fave actress will soon be back onscreen.

If she does come back, who will the actress portray? Sadly, Dru is dead. Of course, that doesn’t mean anything in the daytime. Characters have at least 15 lives to use up and she could return from the dead with no or few questions asked.

Still, could Rowell return as a brand new character? Regardless of who she might portray, here are three reasons why we want Victoria Rowell back on Y&R!

#1 Victoria Rowell Has Amazing Energy And Screen Presence

Victoria Rowell is a one of a kind actress, full of zest and zing. Every production needs an Energizer Bunny and she is that, a luminous light that never goes out. No matter who she might portray fans can be sure that Rowell will bring it every day and bring pizazz to the screen. That leads to the question of whether Rowell should return as Dru or a new character!

#2 The Winters Clan Needs A Leader

Neil Winters (the late Kristoff St. John) was a strong patriarch and family leader. Since his passing a gaping hole has loomed over the Winters family. Dru’s return would go a long way toward healing the family. She is mom to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Both kids are embarking on new lives, professionally and personally. Who doesn’t need their mom around to dispense a little advice and a hug at such a momentous time?

#3 Sharon Newman Could Use Her Pal In Her Life

Her best friend Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), is battling breast cancer and needs all the support she can get. Ironically, Sharon was on the scene when Dru died during a photoshoot. Troublesome Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford) was ordering Sharon around and Dru stepped up to defend her. Dru, Sharon, and Phyllis got into a physical altercation over a cell phone. Dru and Sharon plunged over a cliff as a consequence and only one survived.
