The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Abby And Chance Face A Crisis – Journey To Have A Baby Ends In Heartbreak?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will face trouble making their dream of starting a family a reality. In January, the happy couple will have a medical crisis and they will need to lean on their family to figure out their best option to make their dream of being parents come true.

On Wednesday, December 23, Abby complained to her new husband that she was feeling sad that they aren’t pregnant yet. She wanted to surprise him with pregnancy news as part of his gift this year. Chance (Donny Boaz)  reassured his wife that they will have children, it just might take some time. But is Abby right to be worried?

Days Of Our Lives – Abby Newman’s Miscarriage Could Be A Factor

Several years ago, Abby (Melissa Ordway) was married to a handsome doctor named Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan). His ex-wife was killed in a car accident and his son came to live with the newlyweds. He was extremely jealous of Abby and it only skyrocketed after he learned he was going to be a big brother. In the end, Abby miscarried her baby, and Stitch’s son was at fault.

It isn’t unheard of to assume that Abby’s miscarriage could affect her ability to conceive another child. Y&R spoilers suggest that Abby will do whatever it takes to have a child, even if that means she hires a surrogate mother.

DOOL Spoilers – Is Surrogacy An Option?

If Abby is unable to conceive a child, it’s possible that the couple could hire a surrogate mother. Young and the Restless spoilers state that Abby’s doctors will recommend if they continue to have trouble conceiving, they could extract Abby’s eggs to implant into a surrogate mother. It could be the perfect scenario for them to have a biological child.

The only other option is for them to adopt. While adoption is a good choice for many couples, Abby might want a biological child. If that’s the case, surrogacy would be a better choice for her.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Chance and Abby’s family rallies around them as they explore their options to become parents. It will be tough to watch Abby struggle to become a mother, something that she desperately wants to happen.
