Adam will either crawl back to Victor and runs McCall Unlimited, which he wanted to call Adustus International, or not. In either instance, Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) former company is destined to be incorporated into Newman Enterprises as a division of the company because Victor is calling the shots.

So, Victoria gets McCall Unlimited, as she thought she would. However, as Nate heard from the current Chief Executive Officer, Adam will either be subservient to her or will not be involved. Of course, Victoria appeared to believe that her father was not going to keep the pressure on her.

Adustus translates to singing or burning something down. Adam planned to take the tech parts of Tucker’s former business and reshape it into a weapon that would be aimed at Newman Media.
Adam told Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who he wanted to hire, that they would take Newman Media from Newman Enterprises. Victor was never going to allow that, as his angry tell to Adam affirmed.

The deal with Victor, to run Tucker’s former company as a standalone is done. With that, Nick anticipates his younger brother becoming more volatile than ever.
For the moment, Adam wants to head the company Sharon inherited from Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). Whether she would agree to that will soon be seen.

Viewers, Nick, and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) have seen Victor claim he will be done with Adam if he does or does not commit various acts in the future. But the past implies Victor will cut Adam off for a period and then eventually try to rescue him again.
Victor called Adam his problem child, with Nikki’s apprehensive response underscoring the trouble Grossman’s character continues to cause everyone on Y&R.
