The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) avoids being killed or badly injured. Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) intervenes when an apparent assassin tries to knock Grossman’s character off.
Y&R fans were presented with recent scenes that indicated Chance was turning on Adam. Now, he’s saving Adam’s life, in a surprising plot twist that forces viewers to wonder who intended to take it?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Targeted From Las Vegas, Nevada?
Viewers recall that Adam saved Chance’s life in a recalled scene that was never shown. The retro event was discussed by both men in the location (Las Vegas, Nevada) where it happened, while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) listened remotely. That gave her power, which she then exploited.
The widow of the man that died, as a result of Adam acting in self-defense, could be behind this act on his life. It makes sense and would further this outstanding plot point. Writing the storyline in this direction could also impact Adam’s latest self-destructive revenge plan against the Newman family.
Y&r Spoilers – Adam Wilson Is A Lie
Adam is not a Wilson and never was. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), like it or not, was and is his blood. Legal moves change nothing in that regard.
The last name change to Wilson doesn’t erase the child Victor and Hope Newman (Signy Coleman) had. Their early life together went well, until the character Coleman was playing back then decided to leave the big city and take their son back to the farm in Kansas.
Years later, when Adam was eleven and hadn’t yet learned who his real father was, he defended his mother. That led to the accidental death of A.J. Montalvo (Marcus DeAnda). Adam has been lying to himself about Victor’s intentions in that era ever since details about that terrible event were revealed.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chance Chancellor’s Debt Repaid In Full
Chance repays his debt to Adam in full as a result of his actions. While he felt that Adam was owed protection until this point, what transpires leaves both men feeling free of the other.

As to how the arc that involves both characters plays out from here is the question. The Vegas situation must be wrapped, with this development potentially bringing everything to ahead. Although, Y&R, along with all soaps, are notorious for squeezing extra drama from any storyline for as long as possible.

I must say the who tried to kill Adam and shot chance story has been the most interesting since Sharon's cancer story. It's not easy to guess who did it and I find myself torn. Part of me doesn't want it to be some random from Vargas but I'm not sure I want it to be Billy or Chloe either because I've had enough of that. I'm hopeful it will be Victoria, but she was at the intervention, perhaps it's jealous Rey, anyway getting wondering about the options is the sign of a good story, I like it, well done writers. Had to edit because I forgot to mention I hope chance survives!
I hope Billy hired someone to kill Adam and chance was shot by mistake and everyone turns on Billy. I also hope that it turns out that Vicky ran over Dalia and she has to do time like Lily had to and she also along with the Newmans all have to apologize to Adam. Also in.a perfect world they would get rid of Rey, or at least replace the actor. There is no chemistry between him and Sharon.
