He’s gotten past his most recent infatuation revival with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), which implies that Chadam might not be dead.

However, Chelsea is in no frame of mind to reconcile with Adam. She’s confined to a mental health facility and blames Adam, which isn’t fully wrong, for the circumstances she’s facing.

Sharon is out of the picture right now, as she and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) are on their honeymoon in Miami, Florida. That’s good news for Adam and the family he might be able to restore.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Getting From Then To Now

Chelsea was fully onboard with Adam a number of months ago, as fans recall. Chadam reconciled and both halves were living nicely with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) in the penthouse.

Adam went off the rails, again becoming fixated with revenge games. He became so obsessed that leveling Newman Towers was his goal. Thankfully Chelsea saw the schematics on his laptop and that shook Adam partially out of his fantasy world.

However, he felt compelled to have Chelsea kidnapped. A blow to the back of her head was administered and she later suffered a stroke. There was no complete link between both incidents, but it’s reasonable to believe in the cause and effect.

Y&R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Goes Off The Rails

Chelsea followed in Adam’s demented path during her period of paralysis and loss of speech. The arguably best performances of Egan’s Y&R run, among other stellar efforts, took place when this great actor purely used eye movements to convey a series of emotions through the course of many weeks of episodes.

While the fans cheered Egan’s performances, Adam and Sharon teamed to drive Chelsea off the rails. Her mind literally broke during the period when Sharon was foisted upon her.

Adam’s use of Sharon, in so-called therapy sessions, created the expected result. Chelsea’s recovery was hastened. However, she also suffered severely negative mental health effects.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Connor Newman Heals Wounds

Connor loves both of his parents. He is set to come home from boarding school and will want to visit with his mother.

Regardless of whatever Chelsea is thinking now or what Adam believes is possible, Connor’s love is strong enough to heal the rift between this family. Here’s hoping that happens and that Chadam is renewed.
