The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will lean on Sharon Rosales (Sharon Newman) to help him deal with his daughter’s death. He cannot shake his guilt over picking Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) over Ava and wonders if he will ever feel at peace again.

Sharon offers her support to Adam and urges him not to let Ava’s death turn his heart cold. She reminds him that he has so much love in his life. He doesn’t have to suffer alone.

According to Y&R spoilers, Adam doesn’t understand why Sharon would want to help him with his loss. He’s caused her so much pain, and deems his behavior unredeemable. Sharon doesn’t see it that way. She doesn’t deny they have a complicated past, but she doesn’t want him to slip into a dark place.

Sharon worries that Adam will slip into a dark place. She urges him to concentrate on work and Connor Newman (Judah MacKay). Adam agrees that is good advice but points out that focusing on Connor and work won’t replace his daughter.

When Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) asked Adam to pick whom to save, he thought it was a no-brainer. He picked Sally because he could not imagine living without her in his life. Now he regrets his decision after seeing the pain he caused Sally. She’s angry with him, and he’s not sure she will ever forgive him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon urges Adam to forgive himself. He cannot control how Sally feels about him but can forgive himself. He didn’t do anything wrong and made the best decision possible with the information he knew about the baby’s condition and Sally’s health.

Sharon promises to listen to Adam if he vows not to slip into a dark place. She doesn’t want to see him hurting and offers support. All he has to do is reach out to her.
