The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) makes a sacrifice to help Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Considering Sally just offered to join Adam in the unemployment line, could this sacrifice have to do with a breakup? It’s possible that Adam’s sacrifice is dumping Sally in order to save her from his downfall.

Saying Goodbye to Newman Media

Y&R spoilers reveal that Adam vowed to make Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to pay. Adam is full of rage, even more than usual when the Newman family has done something.

Adam told Sally about Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) proposition. Sally begged Adam not to be fooled by Ashland. Sally knows that Ashland is just using Adam to get back at the Newman family. If Adam goes along with Ashland, then he will pay a very big price.

Victor overheard Adam and Sally talking. When confronted, Sally left the room and Adam told his father that it was time to say goodbye.

Y&R Spoilers: Ashland Locke’s Offer

While Adam might still want revenge, Ashland is going down very soon. Victor wants Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to get Ashland arrested. Michael talks to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) about Ashland. That is when Diane tells Michael that Ashland is in Genoa City and tried to see Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).

However, Diane doesn’t want to risk her progress with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Diane believes it is too risky to use Harrison to trap Ashland. However, it is confirmed that Ashland ends up in jail. Whether that’s because of Diane or another reason is uncertain.

However, Ashland is just in jail and not going to prison… right now. So, Ashland will get released on bail and it will just make him even more furious.

Adam Newman’s Sacrifice

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Sally has already begun questioning her future with Adam. Even if Ashland is defeated for good or if Adam rejects the offer, there will still be more drama.

For one thing, Sally asked Adam if he wanted to her quit Newman Media. However, Adam didn’t want her to do that. The mere fact that it was brought up suggests that Sally will probably decide she can’t stay at Newman Media without Adam there. After all, the Newmans are not Sally’s biggest fans.

During the week of July 11, Adam will make a sacrifice to help Sally. This sacrifice might be heartbreaking, though.

Adam still wants to punish Victor and Victoria. In order to get Adam on board, Ashland will launch an attack. This will concern Adam and he won’t want Sally affected. Plus, Adam might already know that his scheme against the Newman family will backfire with catastrophic consequences. In order to protect Sally, could Adam’s sacrifice be to break her heart?
